Warranty

Magnolia Jewelers is pleased to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the craftsmanship of our jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Should any such defect arise, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, loss, theft, or unauthorized modifications.

Please be aware that our warranties do not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or abuse.
• Loss or theft of the item.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or tarnishing.
• Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised third parties.

Magnolia Jewelers reserves the right to determine the eligibility of items for warranty coverage. All warranty services must be performed by Magnolia Jewelers or an authorized service provider. Tampering with or modifying the item in any way by an unauthorized party will void the warranty.
